Contemporary Jewish Museum, San Francisco, CA September 5, 2024 - July 27, 2025 Looted is a multi-channel video projection installation that invites viewers to reflect on the historical and persisting reality of art-pillaging across Poland. This project is led by Polish artist Dorota Mytych, with international painters Jessica Houston (Canada), Marcia Teusink (UK), and Tracy Grubbs (USA) to participate. Cape Cornwall May 2024 I'm grateful to be going to a solo residency at the Brisons Veor Charitable Trust, in one of the westernmost spots on the coast of Cornwall. I'll be researching botanical (his)stories of the region, including the arrival points of plants from the new world and which plants particularly took to the unusually temperate climate here. Looking forward to communing with some tree ferns and sequoias... IN SEARCH OF SOME PHANTOM

Still and Still Moving, Od Arts Festival 2023 Dawe's Twineworks, Somerset May 26-28, 2023 I'm very pleased to be participating in Od Arts festival 2023, STILL & STILL MOVING, which takes place in East and West Coker, Somerset, with a commissioned installation at Dawe's Twineworks. Galeria Podbrzezie, Pedagogical University, Krakow, Poland May 9-30, 2023 Private view: evening of May 9th Looted is a large-scale, multi-channel video installation featuring 80+ videos by The Prezent Collective, being exhibited for the first time at Galeria Podbrzezie in Krakow. Looted comprises a huge grid of videos showing the copying and wiping out of images of paintings stolen in Poland during WWII along with some other famous looted works. The Prezent Collective currently consists of me, Dorota Mytych (Krakow), Jessica Houston (Montreal) and Tracy Grubbs (San Francisco). The En Tibi herbarium is an early book of plant s specimens that were compiled by an unknown botanist in the 16th century.
